Our suites:
On the 2nd floor, the villa has three spacious suites:
AREA
Property located on Caminho da Quinta, in São Roque. It has a garage with space for 2 cars. There is a bus stop approximately 50 meters from the house, which makes it easy to visit the center where you can visit the main points of interest in the capital of Madeira Island.
In the city center there is a lot of information about all types of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, extreme activities, activities linked to nature (sea or mountains)… whatever the purpose of visiting Madeira Island!
HOW TO GET
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address, but you can always stay in touch with us. You can also choose to travel by taxi found at the airport or Bolt (via the Bolt app).
Upon your arrival, we will be happy to welcome you in person at the time you indicate.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property, except for two storage areas located on the ground floor of the house, which are locked and serve as logistical support.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We will do our best to respond to all requests.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
Check-in must be scheduled in advance.
According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document upon check-in. (e.g. passport, identity card).
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also place a cot, a high chair and a baby bath if necessary and upon request.
There are fire extinguishers on all floors. We also have a first aid kit and fire blanket.
– There are two cameras outside the house, connected to the alarm system, in areas that do not interfere with guests’ privacy.
RULES
We want you to feel at home. We only ask for respect for neighbors and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
ATTENTION
We ask that you pay maximum attention to closing doors and windows whenever you are away from the house.
