Reservation:
Bookings are made through the online platform.
Booking is only confirmed after full payment confirmation.

Cancellation:
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours after booking, for all rates, if the reservation is made up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in. Up to 30 days before check-in, cancellation will be free for flexible and weekly rates. Cancellations not included in the criteria mentioned above will not be entitled to a refund and will be fully charged.

Booking alteration:
Alterations concerning the number of nights can be made only once subject to availability.

Number of guests:
The maximum capacity of the property (6 persons) should be respected, except when accompanied by children up to 3 years of age. In such a case, you must notify us by WhatsApp or email nelio.ferreira@vistatlanticomadeira.pt  allowing proper arrangements to be made.

Baby crib:
If you need a baby crib, kindly inform us during the booking process so that we can provide it. 

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Our standard check-in time is at 14:00 (2 pm) or later and our standard checkout time is until 12:00.

Guest Registration:
Each guest must complete the mandatory accommodation form before check in. Only the people listed on this form will be able to stay in the house. This form is also crucial for arranging the details of your stay and granting access to the villa.
When checking in, all guests must present a valid identification document.

Accessibility: 
Please note that our villa has stairs inside and is not suitable guests with mobility challenges. All children are welcome, and we are sure they will enjoy staying in the Vist` Atlântico Villa.

Amenities and Consumables:
Guests can expect to find in the villa the equipment, amenities, and consumables mentioned in the list that appears in your reservation. You are responsible for any extra consumables that you think you will need and are not listed.

General obligations and guest responsibilities:

• Guests are responsible for their behaviour and for their children`s behaviour.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect the hours of silence between 10 pm and 8 am.
• Legal noise levels should be respected:
  • This property is located in a residential area; therefore we reserve the right to take the necessary measures regarding complaints on behalf of the resident community regarding guest misconduct.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Villa.
• No Parties or Extra Guests: Under no circumstances are parties or additional guests allowed.
• Animals are not allowed.
• IT is not allowed to make fire or barbecue.
• Guests are responsible for costs associated with property damage: 
• Reservation Agreement: At check-in, all guests are required to read and sign the reservation agreement.

Villa Maintenance: 
Whenever you leave home and when checking out, please make sure you turn off all electric devices and close windows and doors to the outside.

Surveillance:
For your security, the villa has a surveillance camera next to the main entrance that does not interfere with guests’ privacy. This camera only collects images when an intrusion is attempted. There are also movement detectors inside the house, linked to the alarm. These features will only be activated if it is in the guest’s interest.

General rights and obligations of Villa Vist`Atlântico management:
Villa Vist` Atlântico is responsible for information and pictures posted on the internet site, for equipment or any refurbishing/aesthetic alterations which may occur.

Privacy Policy:
www.vistatlanticomadeira.pt  undertakes not to use personal data provided by their customers in any way beyond our own databases.

Compliance: ** Your Booking Responsibility: We kindly ask all guests to carefully read these house rules, as well as our listing, before making a reservation.
